I voted for the mid-world book. The idea of werewolves in that setting is intriguing. Of course I'd love to see both books at some point.

im not sure about a sequel to The Shining. It would be good if it wasn't a direct sequel but just related to it. Im not sure about a sequel to an SK book.

I voted for Dr. Sleep but its really unfair to ask a question like that. Why Dr. Sleep? Maybe because if there is a new DT related book I may be inclined to read or listen to at least part of the series again on audio. Always looking for the quickest fix.
