Question Children of the Corn 2-7

What children of the corn sequel do you like best? I have never seen any of them. I have only seen the original and the remake. The remake would of been good if the boy playing isaac was a little older. The boy that played isaac really sucked. Why would anyone take orders from him?

The only one that I've marginally liked was the first sequel.

For curiosity value, my favorite moment of the series was when John Franklin returned as Isaac in the 6th movie.

You aren't missing a whole lot with the sequels. Quite honestly, other than the 2nd and 6th movies none of them were really sequels. It was like Dimension Films (the studio who did all the sequels) just kept rebooting the series over and over again with a new mythology each time out. The 2nd movie is supposed to be a direct sequel to the first. However, the 6th movie is also billed as a direct sequel to the first and it completely ignores everything that happened in the 2nd movie. They just made the same movie over and over again, if you ask me.

    Hi,

I'm sorry, but we're all members of the SKMB here, and I consider no's 2 onwards to be insults to Sai King and a totally cynical rip-off of his original ideas, name and reputation.

And as such I choose to boycott all these travesties, and I wish more fans would.

    Lawnmower Man, anyone?

    Long days and pleasant nights

I'm flabbergasted that there are actually seven of these things.

Although, now that I think of it, there are six Leprechaun movies . . . so what do I know?
