What is your favorite Stephen King sequel:

Children of the corn II: Final sacrifice
Children of the corn III: Urban Harvest
Children of the corn IV: The Gathering
Children of the corn V: Field's of terror
Children of the corn VI: 666 Isaac's return
Children of the corn VII: Revelation
    Creepshow II
    Firestarter II: Rekindled
    Lawnmower man II: Jobe's war
    Mangler II
    Mangler: Reborn
    Pet sematary II

    Sometimes they come back... again
Sometimes they come back... for more

My favorite is Pet Sematary II.

I think I'd have to go with Pet Sematary II too, which is kind of depressing.

I'm going to go with A Return to Salem's Lot. I know a lot of people didn't like it, and I fully understand that it was a sequel in name only. I know the acting was not Academy Award winning, it didn't break any Titanic records, and there is a plot hole that bothers me (which can be understood if you put yourself in the main character's shoes) but for some reason I thought it was "alright." I never considered it a masterpiece of cinema or campaigned to have it selected for preservation in the Library of Congress but I did enjoy it. I think the idea of a town hidden away from the outside world that's full of vampires was kind of neat, and how an outsider comes across it.

I never liked the children of the corn movies at all; I won't even go there!

I'd have to say Creepshow 2. I twas done by the right people. Except for the music. It reminded me of an 80's comedy movie. It seems to me that Stephen King sequels for movies are just the worst. Because at least with Creepshow 2 they were just different stories.
