Default Little Sisters of Euloria - question

Is it safe to read The Little Sisters of Euloria without having read The Dark Tower novels? (I know, shame on me, right? I will get around to them. I promise.

    Hi,

    Yes, it is indeed.

I think you'll get round to them even faster after you've read it though!

That short story is what made me start reading the dark tower series because i really like the character in the story.

If Im not mistaken it tskes place before the "man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed" Book 1 DT. I think it must be after Rolands young days in wizard and glass but before he reached the great desert.

yes it would be a good idea to read it before the dark tower series, because it explains about his past.

Yeah, The Little Sisters of Eluria takes place when Roland is an adult and before the first book.

Yes, you can totally read it pre-Dark Tower. It doesn't really ruin anything and it takes place before the first DT book anyway! But, it might be a little easier to understand Little Sisters if you've read DT first. There's nothing I recommend reading more than the DT series!

One of my favorite SK short stories!
I named one of my .44 revolvers "Roland" because of it.
