Default Sai King: The Man Himself

Do you read books about Sai King and his works? Or do you stick solely to the books?

For some reason, they interest me. Bev's book about THE DARK TOWER was a magnificent read (and I'm highly anticipating his October release). I also have a few others (of which THE LOST WORKS is my favorite). They're mostly watered-down biographies that don't add anything new to Sai King's personality.

Anyone else read books like this?

I own quite a few books about Sai King... my favourite is the Complete King Universe, written by Christopher Golden et al.

On writing is the best non fiction book I have ever read.

Yeah, I read everything about SK...Sai is one of the most interesting people that ever walked the Earth...

I have lots of books about Stephen King. My favorites are The Dark Tower The Complete Concordance by Robin Furth. The Road to the Dark Tower by Bev Vincent. Also the Essential Stephen King by Stephen J. Spignesi. I also have The Stephen King Bibliography by Justin Brooks.

I enjoy reading his musings in EW and his other (albiet) brief forays in to non-fiction land.
His introduction for the novel " The Monk" an 18th century horror novel is facinating.
Also the intros for the novels in the SK Horror Library give you a new outlook on those books.
I wish he would do more non-fiction.
But don't give up on the fiction just yet.

    Complete King Universe
That's one I have ordered. Good to hear it's worth the read.

"The Stephen King Companion" is quite good, and I believe there's an updated version.
