I am new to this board, but a fan for years. Can anyone tell me why The Secretary of Dreams is so danged expensive?

Hi , I would also like an answer to that one ! Its not available in england and can only be found on amazon for extortionate amounts of money. Is it a limited edition that never made it across the sea? If so how many other books have been released this way without me knowing they even exist. I now know I have at least one hole in my collection and it makes me sad
