Default Pre-Ordered My Copy Through Barnes & Noble!

November seems too far away! I shelled out the money and pre-ordered "Under the Dome" and I'm very excited about King's new megabook! The synopsis is very interesting...I'm intrigued by the hint of cannibalism...and all of the other dark aspects of people being closed in together for a long period of time. I'm sure claustrophobia and cabin fever will also play a factor! And when they mentioned something about a secret being in someone's pantry, it made me want to read it right now! I'm really looking forward to this one! Something else crossed my mind...if a dome is covering the entire town...the citizens might start running out of air to breathe...hmmm.

I pre-ordered my copy off of Amazon a while ago. I was afraid that if I didn't commit to it then, I would squander away my opportunity and miss out on it. That's what happened with the Just After Sunset Collector's Edition. I had intended to purchase that, as well, but kept putting it off until it was too late, so I had to settle for the trade editions. And it's something I kind of regret.

If I pre-order from amazon...how fast should it arrive from the time the book is released?

If Amazon continues the way they have been doing things, you should have your copy November 10 (the day of publication) or at the latest the day after. They usually send them out early with instructions to the Post Office not to deliver them until a given date.
