Limited signed edition in UK

Very very disappointed to find we can't get this over here. After all Stephen isn't going to visit anytime soon, we're just as much fans, and I can't see why Simon and Schuster won't post to UK. Purchaser would obviously pay the relevant cost, and be restricted to same conditions. i.e. One copy only.
Come on Stephen you're letting us down over here.
My favourite and most underrated book: Hearts in Atlantis.
Read it loads, been there and done a fair bit of it, so relevant to some of us of a certain age. (yes I'm about Stephens age) Also find it's just about the first book that includes a bit of the supernatural stuff with Ted, but switches then to what I prefer his more gritty realistic later novels. Think i've outgrown the earlier stuff these days, and much prefer the later novels.
So anybody got any ideas as to why it's limited to the US only, some reason that makes sense please.

Thanks for the replies everybody, and John for getting in touch. It seems a bit strange that we could buy the other non signed limited edition though, and on Amazon uk, though they've sold out. Still will have to wait then for the UK one, but there is no mention of it here at all. Nothing on Hodder and Stoughton's site like there is on Simon and Shuster. Will get back to you John, when it lets me, when I've done five posts I think.

I emailed H&S a week ago and havent even had a response from them !

I received word today that Hodder is sending the tip sheets for their signed collectors' edition of Under the Dome to Steve this week.
