Not on the public side of the Board and that isn't going to change. The Social Groups are open 24/7, though, once you've had enough posts to be eligible to post in them.

Where are the social groups located, as opposed to "the board."

The difference mainly is that we can chat in the social groups in real time. There are many different groups covering many different subjects. They aren't moderated but the same etiquette and posting rules apply.
