Default Stephen King books that made you cry?

and if you cry a lot and don't want to list them all, books that made you cry hardest?

The ones that have gotten full tears out of me are

    The Stand
    It
    Duma Key
Bag of Bones (this book got the most tears out of me than any book I have ever read)

The ones that got me kinda misty(or just really emotional, I can't remember which)

    Salems Lot
    The Dead Zone
    The Green Mile

P.S. I havn't read The Dark Tower Series (which I hear makes everyone cry) or The Green Mile (the movie makes me cry every time so I know I don't stand a chance)

I don't think any of them made me cry (made me misty is more like it), but FWIW, here's the list.

The Stand Who didn't want Larry Underwood to make it back to Boulder when he had come so far on his journey to redemption, I ask you? Alas, it was not to be.
Wizard and Glass Poor Susan Delgado didn't stand a chance. And Roland was never the same after that. Still, he was chosen for the Tower and would have ended pursuing that holy grail regardless of what happened to Susan.
The Dead Zone Johnny Smith may have ultimately lost his life in the final analysis, but his beloved Sarah probably ended up becoming Sarah Palin in the process. Don't know which was worse.

There are more, but this will do for starters.

I don't cry easily, but in The Dead Zone when the dog gets kicked to death (no need for a spoiler button on this one I think, but Ms. Mod can think differently ). Being a true, passionate animal lover I was crying my eyes out. I know it's a fake dog, I know it's a fake villain, butI was crying just the same.

I'm not sure a book has ever made me cry. I will, however, admit to getting a little misty eyed at the movies on rare occasion. I do remember getting a little depressed while reading Bag of Bones, and I think Carrie is one of the saddest books I've ever read.

Rose Madder made my eyes burn a few times mostly out of anger at Norman and his biting habit . I've known a few abused women and the fact that there are people capable of such things is unbelievable to me.

christ King has a way of making me cry over characters as if there my own flesh and blood like in Cell and Insomina.

Cell where Alice is killed i was in tears .

And Insomina I was so moved by Raplh willing to die an old man so that a life unlived would have chance to blossom Brilliant

I completely agree. His characters are so real that you care about them the way you would your own friends or family. It is a true testament to his writing talent that just thinking about his books months, even years after reading them invokes emotions.

I have never cried while reading a book, but I have had STRONG FEELINGS for sure. Bag of Bones is the best example of this. I was horrified, saddened, angry...every feeling imaginable rolled into one. Lol.
