Cool Stephen King related story

So, I have just returned from Hancock Maine. Hancock is located on the coast of Maine about 45 minutes to an hour from Bangor. My in-laws had the local paper, The Ellsworth American waiting for me as they always do. I just love to read that paper! Imagine my surprise when on the front page is Stephen King and a group of young girls. I wanted to post a link to the story but you need to subscribe to the paper online now. Basically, the story is....A family from Ellsworth was at the Bangor State Fair waiting in line for the Ferris Wheel and the woman turned around to see who her husband was speaking to about the Red Sox. To her surprise, it was Stephen King. Her children did not know why people were taking pictures of him and their Mom explained that he was a famous writer. The girls asked what he wrote and she told them scary stuff. This did not please the girls as they do not like scary. To keep my story short--Stephen ended up sharing their car on the Ferris Wheel to see if he could see his house. One of the girls suggested to him that he should write about ponies and fairies. I thought this was a great story and wanted to share with all of you. Enjoy!
