Red Sox 2009

On the outside chance you review this particular thread, I would love to get your take on the current dismal state of affairs with the BoSox. I can tolerate losing a 2-game series to Tampa, but a 4-games series to those prima donnas in New York?

The Boston Globe had a poll on whether readers thought that a) it's all over for them this year or b) the Red Sox have been down, but far from out, on more than a few past occasions (e.g., 2004!).

I come to you for your insights, wit and, hopefully, some encouraging words from another diehard fan.

Give us your insights, please, sir.

EMARX is right we did pick one up yesterday! It was however a very painful week last week! Papi is back to hitting like Crap, and the pitching staff is????? I'm sure everyone is question Theo's moves or lack there of prior to the Dead line now. And Injurries have been a pain in the neck......no pun intended! But what are you gonna do ? I'm a pretty steadfast fan so I'll just keep watching until things get better, or it's get to painful to do so. But I think they will be allright!
