I donīt know why, but I loved Buddy ;P
He reminds me of the statement "the evil will never die immediately - you have to kill them once more"

The image of Repperton being run down by Christine on fire was one of the great movie scenes in horror.

    Carpenter is excellent.

I loved both the book, Christine, and the movie . My dad and I sat up one night, years ago, and watched Christine on TV. I was starting my first day of college the next day and I will never forget on the way to school we passed a car that looked exactly like Christine. It scared us both to death! However it is a memory I will never forget.

    Hi,

Buddy Repperton reminds me of Henry Bowers.

    And Ace Merrill.

    Long days and pleasant nights

The name seems to fit the character. It amazes me how King comes up with so many names for his characters. My favorite of all time is john Coffey from TGM.

I always fount it funny that Buddy looked like he was forty but was still in high school. Maybe he liked it so much he didn't want to leave. He also looked liked John Travolta's evil twin. He is a legendry ball buster.

No, no, in the Seventies all the kids just looked older. It was all the smoking.

Anybody here think they should do a remake of the movie? Maybe a Dodge Challenger for the car? Love to see Stephen King collaborate with Rob Zombie to get a new look at the film. Would be an absolute blockbuster....
