The first time I read that passage I slammed the book shut and started cussing.
C'mon folks, it just doesn't get better that this.
I'm soo glad I'm not the only one who did so. I was just so shocked, saddened, angry. . . all these emotions just spilled out when I read that line. And I DID slam the book shut. I had to recover before continuing, lol. Such a fantastic book. To me, it was more than a book, though; it was an experience. I have yet to read a book that has captivated as much as Bag of Bones.

I'm waiting for some of the Dark Tower series before commencing them on advice that they are better read together.I am thinking Ill give Bag of Bones another go. Like URRUTIAP It is a very long time since I read this book and after everyone saying how they enjoyed the book Im ready to experience it all over again. I love going back to SKs work after many years. Some times it feels like opening a bottle of well matured wine and tasting it for the first time.

I love rereading, but to be honest Bag of Bones isn't in my To Do list anytime soon. Some of the more... violent scenes are pretty much burnt into my memory.
