    Hi,

    I've been thinking about this.

Do we really KNOW Randall Flagg is dead? In all possible Multiverses?

Despite Mordred's render ministrations (which I applauded) in DT7, we know that Flagg has already survived a close proximity nuclear blast so .....?

    Long days and pleasant nights

The boy in Cujo was tough.

Gage in Pet Semetary was AWFUL.

Susan's death in W&G was heart wrenching.

I was also very sad when Pere Callahan dies.

I would have to say Brian Rusk from Needful Things, when he went by a shotgun to the head. I have to say that was pretty horrific. I did not expect him to go, especially the way he did. I thought he was participate in the final showdown with Gaunt.

In The Green Mile, Del's death was sad, but the one that got me was John Coffey. I cried to the point that I had to put the book down for a while because I couldn't make out the words. Excellent book and movie!!!!

Good question, John. As far as the Constant Reader knows, Randall is indeed dead ....

The Crimson King.... That was like the end of a thirty year marriage for me.

    I'm cheating here.

At the end of the Stand, almost everybody dies. What a bummer.

Hi! Me, too. At the time I read the book, my kids were about Gage's age. Still bothers me today when I think about it.

I'd say I cried when little Gage dies in Pet Sematary.
