i read a short story in everything eventual about people reliving the last day of there life over and over again and i noticed it was very similar to a story by king that i read years ago but can't remember what the name of the story was or what book can anyone help?

The only one I can think of with slightly similar motif is "You Know They Got a Hell of a Band", where the visitors are "trapped" in an endless, timeless world.
