Today I've learned that there is no pipeline to hollywood.

I was told by someone that I have a better chance of being a Doctor then anyone in hollywood reading my screenplay.

Becoming a doctor would be easy.

I use Syd Field's SCREENPLAY: The foundations of Screenwriting to write.

    JASON

I am going to use William Goldman Adventures in the Screen Trade for A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Sorry William is going to help me write A Nightmare on Elm Street and
    A Western " Untitled "

    "Nobody Knows Anything",
    William Goldman

He is right on so many levels.

I've ben right about the top 5 films for every week since I was 16. Give or take a swop here or there.

All I want is to see a film I want to see on the screen.
For my father to see my name on the Big Screen before he dies of cardiovascular disease

very wicked in deed. I'm a different type of person. I can look totaly different from one mooment to the next if any one has noticed. Chesney 1 second, rob zombie the next, Tim Robbins one moment, a disfuctional with duck taped glasses the next. Isn't it crazy how someone treats a person based on their appearance. Straw Dogs comes to mind think of how everything plays out if Hoffmans character was a little nicer to people when he first met them. He was a d!ck when he first met everyone in the film.

Understandable I would be to if I was at a point I earned but what about the common person meeting the common man.

If I ever made it in hollywood or the point of no return I would expect the same thing for a person asking me to help them. Though I would still read what they have dedicated their time for something I created. I mean after all isn't that why we create to have others relate.

But I would also want them to go though the gaUNTLET i DID. Maybe a free life along the wat but a gautlet no other.

Gauntlet why! To make one prove themselves. Only problem is some of us don't have the luxery of time.

The best advice I've gotten so far is that there is no pipeline to hollywood.

Maybe I've ben riding mine and don't even know it.

I know right now i could write 125 treatments for screenplays each taking two weeks to a month. They might not all be solid but I know they are a story line which most studio's can't even come up with and they own the rights. All might not be franchises but they are film that would make money under the right budget.

Not film is a flop they just spent to much money on it.

How true. Salvation is a perfect example. you spent all this money on writers just to have an excutive say the ending is to dark for a dark siecence fiction franchise...................All I can say is nobody know anything.

And if thats right I'm a Fing genuis.

I can write a treatment for any franchise in a month. Why wouldn't hollywood want a blueprint writer?
