    Default Lights Out

This is a great story about survival. It reminds me of "The Stand" in many ways. I am only halfway through it, but I was hooked after the first chapter.

The story has one part where the author was talking about two characters, when he surely meant two different characters in one sentence, but that is the only error, besides a few punctuation and spelling mistakes. Those would normally jerk me out of the story, but this work is not polished by a professional editor, and the story is so compelling, that I just dive right back in. This is one of those rare reads that keeps you up WAY past your bedtime!

    HIGHLY recommended!

It is a free downloadable .pdf file at 2.53mb. Get it and read it at your leisure.

I went to the site and it said the download was no longer available. That was a dirty rotten trick!

Try Amazon or other book sellers now that it's published.

The link was up for a couple of years. It was downloaded several MILLION times, too! Once he entered publication negotiations and started getting offers for movie deals, he had it taken down for obvious reasons. I have the .pdf file, but I won't be passing that around. I am looking forward to reading the hardcopy polished version. Reading the text on the pc gets a little hard on the eyes. I know you got 'One Second After'. If you liked that, 'Lights Out' is even better!
