I did not read all 9 pages of this, but for the pages I read I cannot believe that nobody mentioned last rung on the ladder as a top 5 and very few mentioned hearts in atlantis for a bottom 5. That is not only the worst King book I have ever read, it may very well be the worst book I have ever read. I still can't believe I made it through it. So here are my lists:

    Top 5:
    1. Last Rung on the Ladder (I just read this for like the 5th time and I still want to cry when I read it).
    2. Dark Tower Series in general, Wizard and Glass in particular.
    3. Talisman
    4. The Stand
    5. Eyes of the Dragon (I was only around 14 when I read that so it might change if I re-read it).

    Bottom 5:
    1. Hearts in Atlantis - worst book ever.
    2. Roadwork
    3. The regulators (somehow it was worse than Desperation).
    4. Black House (Doesn't hold a candle to Talisman)
    5. Hearts in Atlantis, it makes the list twice. I really hated it.

Guess for me it's a case of most preferred and least preferred. Not sure there are any I outright hate.

    Most Preferred :

    Bag of Bones
    Talisman
Any of the collections particularly Nightmares and Dreamscapes
    Needful Things
    The Stand

    Least Preferred :

    Hearts in Atlantis
    Tom Gordon
    The Regulators
Rose Madder (Although must try this again, just in case)
    Blaze

Hell ! To each their own. The world would be mighty boring if we all agreed with each other wouldn't it?

I haven't read all of Stephen's books, so I can only make a list from what I have.

    Top 5:
    Salem's Lot
    The Talisman
    Eyes of the Dragon
    On Writing
    Duma Key
And since The Talisman was written with Straub, I'm going to add one more Stephen standalone --
Wizard and Glass; Danse Macabre; All the short story collections; Under The Dome; The Long Walk and, and, and....

    Bottom 5:
    From a Buick 8
    Tommyknockers
    The GWLTG
    Roadwork
    CELL

I'm gonna copycat Dana Jean and give the same disclaimer and the same kinds of lists. I haven't read all of Mr. King's works, and there are no "bad" or "worst" lists I could compile. I'm like DJ: a Most Preferred and Least Preferred girl.

    Most:
    The Talisman
    The Stand
    'salem's Lot
    The Breathing Method
    It

    Least:
    Gerald's Game
    Eyes of the Dragon
    Dolores Claiborne
    Lisey's Story
    The Body
