Ever stop and think that maybe when King wrote It, he had no intention of linking It to anything else, regardless of any similarities. I say enjoy the stories for what they are, instead of trying to geek out and find every connection. Sometimes there are no connections. Just a thought. Let the story take you where it will and enjoy the ride, that's my advice.

I definitely believe that Dandelo is not IT, possibly a spawn of IT or it could just be another creature from todash space. Mr. Gray from Dreamcatcher is not IT, possibly a name it mentally picked up when it came to Derry. The Crimson King is obviously not IT, not even close, he just knows who Pennywise was/is and is able to use todash space(where the "deadlights" come from) for traveling between worlds.
