Which DT to read before and after other books?

Hi, after reading 'Insomnia' I realised I should have read the Dark Tower books first, and then I saw on here several people saying the same about it. This has me wondering:

Can someone please advise which books related to the DT should be read before DT, and which I should read after? Because I've just been going through a list I found on here of which books relate to the DT series, but I don't want to come across another sort of anti-climactic ending because I'm going in the wrong order.

Hi,

Well, you don't really need to read anything before DT, but I think the experience would be enriched by reading The Stand before DT4 and Salem's Lot before DT5 and the stories 'Low Men In Yellow Coats' from Hearts in Atlantis and 'Everything's Eventual' itself.

After, certainly The Talisman and Black House, and the main site has a full list as you say, and I know I wanted to re-read EVERYTHING after DT!
