Ooh I love Creepshow. Passed my copy onto a dear friend of mine--figured they would enjoy it just as much as I do--hopefully they have gave it some love and attention! Otherwise I would rewatch it myself.

Jordy Verrill's story was excellent, loved SK's portrayal. My favourite has to be "Father's Day"...I want my cake Badelia! Ooh and "The Crate." I'm pretty sure people would love to feed me to a monster like that at times. "Something to Tide You Over" was also brilliant.

Ahh heck, I just love Creepshow. Period.

I saw this movie for the first time in 1983 or 1984. We were in Wilmington NC visiting my aunt and uncle's one night around Christmas, and my older cousin was watching Creepshow on HBO or something. I ended up watching the whole move, and it absolutly terrified me. The part where Mr. King finds the meteor and commits suicide covered in some alien moss disturbed me to my core. It's laughable at this point, but I slept on the floor in my parent's room that night. I could not quit thinking about that movie. We were staying at my grandmother's house, and she lived off a dirt road in the middle of a pitch black neighborhood. I remember approaching the house with dread in my belly. She had sheets hanging on her clothelines, and I could hear the distant rumble of the ocean....it was a long night. Thank you Mr. King! Mission accomplished.......
