I recently watched a program about the ocean and its currents and saw this one thing in particular about whirlpools.

I was fascinated by the whole aspect of this particular danger that lies within nature. What do you think?

Fundy has the world's biggest tides so, yeah, there's a lot of motion and currents and cross-currents and eddies and stuff. But other places have pretty spectacular tidal whirlpools, too. And in case anyone wants to know, you cannot see Old Sow from the mainland, you have to either charter a boat or take the ferry and hope you get to see a bit of it. Or fly over it, of course.
