Everythins Eventual and the Dark Tower series are only connested one time. I am not really a fan of the Dark Towers and so did not worry about it and I am glad I didn't. One his best short story collections in my opinion

Nah. Just read what you want to read, when you want. It all works out in the end. Kinda like the title of this book.

I didn't read Everything's Eventual first, and I understood the Dark Tower series just fine. When I read Everything's Eventual some of the information in it just clicked into it's proper place in the series. It doesn't really matter which one you read first.
