1408-вещь,как фильм так и книга.конечно Джексон и Кьюзак добавили успеха экранизации,но думаю что и с другими актёрами получилось бы не плохо. но по прежнему считаю "Противостояние" лучшим фильмом по книге Стивена Кинга. первым я увидел фильм и на много позже прочёл книгу, но прочитанное волшебным образом ложилось на увиденное.

I think the movie was a bit of a let-down. It didn't capture the intense atmosphere of the short story so good in my opinion. It was okay. Not great, but okay.

Hi, you will find the story in the Everything's Eventual collection, if you like short stories I would definitely recommend giving this book a read.

I have recently got into Stephen King as much as I have! Always prefer watching a movie than reading a book personally but am slowly starting to get into reading alot more and recently bought It which I am half way through and got Everything Eventual and Night Shift in a charity shop. All 3 books cost no more than £1.60! Perfect piece of business for the enjoyment I am sure to be getting from them Just thought it was funny that I bought the book and I read you mention it today lol
