I believe there is a sequel to the mangler, called mangler 2, starring lance henrikson.

I completely forgot about that! Yes I have seen it, it's been yeeeeears. I thought it was great...that dude getting FOLDED? The way the body bounced every time the folding mechanism came up and slammed down again? That was a cool scene. And it had Robert Englund, so yay. I never saw the two sequels, though, did anyone else?

The first Mangler movie in my opinion was really good. Good story, good effects and yes the dude getting folded was awesome plus it had a creepy as hell Robert Englund in it and Mr. "It puts the lotion on it's skin.." Ted Levine! I was actually shocked to see it got a 3.4 on imdb with only 3000 or so votes, i honestly thought it had a bit better and bigger following that that. Very disappointed in you people!

The sequels were bad. The second one was about a computer virus and the third honestly i can't even remember it...washing machine i think? I know Reggie Bannister from the Phantasm movies was in the third one but that's all i can recall.

actually I bought this on vhs ,the other day at goodwill but have not sat down to watch it yet. hoperfully this weekend. But the opinions here make me wonder.But I usually aleast will watch something and see what i think. if I don"t like it then I won't watch it again.
