Default Your *least* favorite household chore

My parents are coming in from out of town on Sunday to see our place for the first time. This, of course, means a top-to-bottom cleaning for the whole place (dog included) on top of food prep.

And it means I have to clean the upholstery (my mom has asthma and the pet hair on those couches could make her really sick), my *least* favorite household chore of all time.

Because misery loves company, I was wondering what chores the rest of you found the most vile, the most hateful and the most butt paining?

Laundry! And it never stops. Ugh!

For me it's ironing. When I see an iron, my face gets sad.

Cleaning out the fridge!!! Eeeewww. Opening those numerous 'mystery' tupperware containers and finding a science experiment is the worst!

Cleaning out the tracks for the shower door. It's vile.

Laundry. The colors are never the same after I do them.

I don't mind laundry so much. I can read while the machines run, and can usually convince the wonderful boyfriend to lug the clean stuff back up the stairs and put it away.

    Our refrigerator though, oh lord....

I swear, wonderful, tasty things go in there. And then they undergo terrifying mutations. Unexplainable color-changing and hair growth... ::shudder::

Ever forgotten about fruit or vegetables in the crisper only to have them turn into complete sludge?

    Foul!

Cleaning the bathtub - especially after I've given my German Shepherd a bath!

The toilet and the refrigerator are the worst!
