Default Dark Tower: Book 7, missing pages and repeats

Does anyone else have a messed up Book 7 in the Dark Tower series? Mine is brand new and it goes to page 172, but then skips to page 221. It's missing 49 pages! Then from pages 221-268 it's fine but where the book should go from 168 to 169 it starts at page 221 and goes to 268. So I'm re-reading all those pages again. Weird.

I had a similar problem with Lisey's Story. It took it until nearly page 300 before the book started to get really good for me and then all the sudden i noticed the book went from page 356 to 389. That's 33 pages missing from the book and aside from the annoyance I paid ten dollars for this book and judging from some of the threads I've read this seems to be a problem with his books. Wonder what's going on?

I've had this happen about twice in my many years of reading, and neither was a Stephen King book; therefore, it's not just a problem with his books but all books. I'd say the reason a lot of you are noticing this in SK's books is:

A: Because, as Mr. King fans, a majority of the books you own are probably written by him, and it's a simple game of odds that this happens to your SK books

    and

B: Because, since there are a lot of Stephen King fans in the world, a lot of books must be printed to meet that demand and, again, the rule of odds says that some of these books will have errors. Haste may be a big factor, too, as the multitude of publishers he is associated with have a high demand to meet, I'm sure. Not to say the publishers aren't doing their jobs, but it's impossible to make sure every single book is complete and free of errors, especially when a large shipment must be met by a deadline.

Like suggested before, return the bugger. I believe strongly that no book should ever be de-paged (unless time or being stuffed in the back of my pocket is a direct factor) or incomplete. You shouldn't have any problem with them suggesting you removed the pages yourself, because there will be no gap in the binding.

I am reading Duma Key and I am missing pages 119 to 150... brand new book. Now what? The book was a gift from a while ago...I have no receipt. Can someone pdf these pages to me?
