I guess I also love both Different Seasons and The Green Mile, simply because both of these books represents, to me, King's versatility as a writer.

For me the best book of King is The shining. I've read it three times and I want to read it again. This book is really fascinating and to my mind it is worth reading!

Bag of Bones. You know when you've discovered your favorite book ever when that book made you discover just how great the reading experience could be. I have yet to read any other book that has captivated me as much as Bag of Bones. It was the first Stephen King book I've ever read, too, btw.

Choosing a favorite book, for me, is like asking me which of my children are my favorite.

    That way lies madness. Heh.

Duma key, being the first, will always have a special place in my heart, but I'd have to say my two favorites so far are Desperation and Lisey's story. Both are wonderful, heartfelt stories, and I love them!

If u haven't read these, READ THEM NOW!

The Stand, closely followed by Misery, IT, 11/22/63, Christine, Salem's Lot, Cujo, Pet Semetary, Dreamcatcher, The Shining, and on and on...

People often say their 1st always holds a special place, and always comes close to IT, The Stand and DT series. Well, my 1st was IT. My favourite is IT, but 11/22/63 made a very respectable challenge.
