Hello from Ohio

Hi all,

I've posted a couple of times but just now realized I haven't fully introduced myself. My name is Gina and I live in southwest Ohio. I'm new to the SK website, however, not a new SK fan. I'm 32 and have been reading his work since I was about 8 or so, my first SK book was Christine. It's still my all time fave and I re-read it about once a year. I love a lot of his older work the best but all of his writing is great, imho. When I'm not busy living in the land of the newest SK book, I write my own stories (which I'm hoping to publish), watch movies and go horseback riding.

Hoping to make some new friends here!

Hi fellow horse lover! I was a trainer for over 15 years until I had a car accident that wrecked my dang back. I miss them so much! Have any pictures you'd like to share of your horse? Just so I can drool?? (I think we can post pictures here, can't we?)

Nice to have you with us! I'm a fellow newbie too, so I guess we just make ourselves at home and type away!

I'm just a noob so I'm not sure what we can post as far as pictures go but when I can I'll post a pic of me with the horse I normally ride (he isn't mine, he's my MIL's) named Joe. He's persnickery but spirited all the same.

I'm very sad to hear that your back keeps you from riding. I have arthritis in my lower spine and on my good days I can handle the galloping and cantering. On my bad days, well, those are the bad days indeed.

Hi, it's always nice to have another buckeye here. I was born and raised in northwest Ohio, but I moved to Arizona in 82. However, I'll always be a buckeye at heart.
