I don't always read King's books right away, waiting until they arrive in paperback form which I can afford, if I wish. I just finished reading Duma Key. It reminded me of two other engrossing books by King. One of the best, if not THE best, is The Stand which I took with me to read on the plane to my college reunion many years ago. Funny thing, I was pretty much a no show at my college reunion at The University of Colorado at Boulder!!! Other favorites are Bucket of Blood and now, Duma Key. What do all have in common? At least for me? They are LITERATURE in the truest sense of the word! Nuff said. Little old lady out.
