remember people have lived in latin america and the caribbean for hundreds of years and the chupacabra wasn't seen until 14 years ago. so these monsters just show up one day. like here in my town last year in Getzendaner park there was a big foot sighting but it only lasted a couple days. i think it was more likely the skunk ape but we're a little west of its territory.
and they haven't done autopsies since the public destroyed them before they could be dissected.

Wait a minute... wasn't Montauk the place she wispered to him, in his dying memory of her, in 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind'?

Right before he looses all memory of her... she whispers, "Meet me in Montauk...", just before his memory of her is completely destroyed? Whew, that line always gave me total goosebumps. It was only his memory of her, but yet, she went there to find him again too. Yeah, total chills.

I watched this movie like, three nights ago.

But on the subject of monsters... Three mile island? Shouldn't it be some sort of radioactive monster then? Maybe has a family down in some room that never gets cold, due to that cozy feeling you get from radiation overdoses...

Maybe it has a strain of H9N9. Ahhhh, it's got Griffin flu! Even worse than Swine Flu. By far.

I wasn't going to look, but I couldn't resist this description. I'm not sure what that says about me. Probably nothing good.
