Do you know the name of this movie?

Ever since posting and reading about everyone's scariest movie yesterday, I cannot get this one movie out of my head. I've searched high and low to figure out the title, but I can't find it anywhere and am hoping someone saw it and can help!

It came out in the late 80s (I think). It's a horror flick about this sorority house throwing a party in an old, haunted house. There were 2 to 3 main characters (and I think one was Lori Alan). Anyway, characters here and there were possessed by the demon living in the house. People were murdered and missing while this big party was going on.

At the end of the movie, the main character (the typical blonde sorority girl), was possessed and totally freaky and scary. She kept calling out to her friend in this possessed voice: "Phoebe! Phoebe, where are you Phoebe!" Her eyes were all red and her hair all freaky wild. I think she was even climbing the walls and ceilings.

There was also some sort of marker or grave in the backyard of this haunted house. I think it was where the person/demon haunting the place might have been laid to rest.

It was a scary movie to me at the time, but for the life of me (and all I've bugged about it so far), I cannot remember the name of it, and nobobdy I know has seen it either. HELP!

No, thank you, but that's not it. I was hopeful at first based on the title! I checked imdb for Lori Alan movies; she doesn't have anything even close to it listed, but her picture looks just like the star I'm thinking of. Arrgh.

There was definitely also a scene in the beginning where the two main girl characters were eating breakfast with one of their mothers.

This is going to drive me crazy. I know I saw it more than once too.

Well, it could be Sorority Row or it could be Black Christmas - I'm leaning toward the original Sorority Row.
