I just read that vol. 2 is coming out. Can anyone tell me when vol. 1 was released? Where I can get it? Thanks!

Volume One was released in 2006.

You can get Volume One (gift edition) directly through Cemetery Dance Publications.

Can't wait for volume 2.
Volume 1 was a great book which I'd recommend without hesitation.
It features kings complete text (of a number of short stories) plus wonderful illustrations.

Yes, this is one of the most beautiful books ever put together. Everything from the covering to the slipcase, this book is a real work of art. And Glen Chadbourne's illustrations are so amazing! You can see a sample of his work on my page, it is a original 1 of 1 that I bought from CD and Chadbourne illustrated.
