    Default Your ideal zombie clothes...

You got bit by a zombie. You were really feeling ill an hour ago, but now, after some throws of cold chills and hot sweats mixed together with a severe vomiting spell, you have a sober moment to reflect, and you ask...

Am I wearing the outfit that will make me stand out as the 'cool' zombie?

You know what I mean. There's a crowd of zombies... one of them catches your eye. Something about the story of who he was when he was alive you can see in what he was wearing, as he died... it just really beckons to you. Sooo... what would your ideal zombie look be? Are you wearing your ideal zombie look now? What would be your ideal set of clothes to become a zombie in?

I have this favorite pair of Nautica jeans I've had forever, they're wide-leg and have a navy blue logo on the back of the right hip. Together with my long sleeved gray tee with the red 'Nautica Competition' logo across the chest. My leather double holed belt, my usual jewelery and watch, and my iPod and the iPod earpieces that individually slip over each ear. Oh, and my favorite black 'Fox Team Racing' hat. With a vacant and dead look in my eyes, some old gross zombie scars on my face and body ripped through the cotton, I'd look more awesome then I could look in a hundred regular 'living' days.

Maybe for secondary, I'd do a formal getup, with a black necktie and maybe thick denim gray long sleeved button up shirt, with black pants. Some killer sunglasses too. All black and stylized just right. Some gel or something, with a fresh tight-cropped hairstyle to go with it. It would look great with old dried blood making it shiny and crimson, and bending like it was half soaked in straight starch.

What would you look best, half rotted in, with you still wandering around in all nasty and rotten after you were bitten, a year or so after your heart stopped?

I can't think of a more excellent nor auspicious occasion that this, to get decked out in a full tux & tails, complete with ruffled shirt with french cuffs.
Topped of course with top hat...spats & monocle..oh hell yeah, that's a given!

(Ya know, before you were to "change over", at that time while you still may have a sense of decency, one might consider shoving in ones pockets, and hanging around ones neck, a case of them hang on the rearview mirror air fresheners...as so not to offend one's loved ones delicate sensibilities...you know, before you slaughter them...it's the little things that show you care(ed) afterall!)

I have a very pretty black velvet jacket , its got a hood and really pretty buttons, plus there is alot of sway to the fabric so I will definately wear that. I'm torn on what pants to wear. Most of my jeans have a tendancy to fall down, so I am constantly hitching them up. Do I really want to do that when I'm undead? I'm thinking I may just wear a denim jumper with a white tee beneath for maximum comfort. Shoes-wise I think I'll wear my black suede boots, they've got a sports-style sole which will assist me in ambulating over the rocky terrain while searching for brains.

oh I'd have to vamp out. If always dressed conservative here's my chance to cut loose. 6 inch spike stiletto heels, black fish net stockings, black leather skin tight push-up teddie. I'd have big hair like from the 80's hanging to my waist and since its turned silver that would be striking against all that black. oh yea and carry a riding crop. Men would be excited and repulsed all at the same time. Kinda look like Elvira on crack.

nice thread Joey! do we have to be a stinkin rotten zombie though? I would prefer to be a haunting ghost in my Beatiful Gothic Marie Antoinnete dress-Black and crimson red....The bodice is made with three layers of white fabric to keep a sturdy shape and to push my assets skyward. The neck is low and scooped and trimmed with embroidered organza ruffles. The front stomacher piece comes completely off, The sleeves are close to the arm in the top and then flared out in two layer flounces below the elbow and trimmed with two layer ribbon gathered trim with metallic braid running down the middle. The back has a watteau pleated drape attached at the neck and middle back seam.

Well, of course I must be the most fashionable of Zombettes, BlackThorn, dear, and would not need to change one stitch of clothing which hangs now in my closet$!

Now, if I am to be a Zombette, I imagine that I'd have lost of pound or two, so the black suede jeans, over the knee high black and purple boots and suede Jones of New York jacket with the minuscule floral applique` would look dandy.
I'd be worried about my hair tho. I HATE Zombie Hair. ugh!

That sounds MOST fashionable, MP. The Zombie Fashion Police will NOT turn you over to the What Not to Wear Zombies!

Well, I have this pink mini skirt with black lace that would go great with some black fish net stockings (with multiple holes from where I've tripped over my own limbs as they've fallen or over the bodies of others) and a pair of Docs. Perhaps a ripped AC/CD tee topped off with my remaining hair in pig tails. Oh, and some of those elbow-length fish net gloves.

When I was bit I was on the way home from a costume party, where I attended as a priest! Ya!
