Default An Englishman in New York

    Hi,
New to the site but have been reading King for about 30 years.
Favorite books are the earlier ones (Carrie, Christine and IT) and I kind of fell off the King train for a while but recently finished the Dark Tower series, re-started, and finished this time, Black House. I also recently read Cell, Liseys Story, just finished The Regulators and am about 20 pages from the end of Desperation so it looks like I am almost a constant reader again

I've seen this here and there and I don't quite understand it. How do you 'get off the King train'? I've been reading him since I was 11, I'm now 39(and holding), and have remained faithful to King the entire time. Well, I do read other authors, but that's only because there isn't CONSTANT new King material to read. Have you just become bored with his work because I've NEVER felt that way.
I suppose there are several reasons one could stray from reading in general(too busy) but from King? Nope, don't get it.
