I haven't read a King book I've bluntly "disliked", but I did find Insomnia to be a little too crazy and slow-paced for me. Still enjoyed it, though (read the entire book), but no where as much as I enjoyed Bag of Bones.

I would LOVE to see it on film, too. It would hopefully be easier for me to get into than the book. I was so confused have the time.
Oh, and I see some people are talking about James Patterson: I used to be a HUGE Patterson fan. I read "Big Bad Wolf" in 1 day. However, now that I've read a handful of his books, I've realized his formula is becoming very predictable. I still enjoy his books from time to time, but they leave me empty. Not much to ponder on -- much like Twilight (which I find HIGHLY overrated).
All of his books i love! Even if the story isn't catchy(it always is though), his writing is! i love his voice! When you find his voice, everything is just pleasing! Stephen King ROCKS!![]()
Gah, the Talisman! Even though it was a joint effort I found it to be so boring. I ended up putting it down towards the middle of the section.
I think it was the whole fantasy element that put me off, and each scenario seemed a bit forced (if that makes sense.)
I thought Dolores Claiborne to be a bit boring too, but I didn't dislike it in the way I did the Talisman.
Pet Sematary.
Not that it was poorly written or not a good story. It scared me and disturbed me so much it is the one and only SK book I have that I have not and will not re-read. I hate it. It belongs in the freezer forever and ever.
*shudder*
i didn t like much Needfull Things but it was a long time ago, just when it came out, i think i m going to give it a try again and this time in english!
am sure i ll be surprise, like every time i re-read one of his books
