What's wrong with eating plain ol' bacon? Usually works for me and I don't think you can make a decent BLT with that bottled stuff.
I think I'd take a pass on this one. As a flavoring in a recipe it might be OK. I'm used to the idea of anchovy paste and I guess this isn't really all that different. 12 years shelf life does give me the creeps though. Hmmm... in a post apocalyptic world it might be the only thing left to eat after a few years!![]()
