A website dedicated to MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE... that sounds very interesting. I'd PM you, but I don't think I have that "power" just yet.

One question I always had about the film concerns the newlyweds car. How come their car was fine when all else machinery was going haywire? Hmm. I smell a plothole...

Yes, I have a question about Maximum Overdrive. I know Mr. King says it is his self proclaimed Moron Movie, but what was he thinking??? The short story "Trucks" was really good and to have expanded on that would have been excellent, but this was like the directors that try to create something new instead of following the book or short story (i.e. Needful Things). We read the story, liked it, that is what we would like to see translated to the screen.
