    I don't have a name for you, but I always imagined Blaine sounding like a child. You know, with that whiny, I want what I want and I want it now tone.

    Dave Foley (Kids in the Hall) did a superb job as the voice of a quirky computer in the recent Fallout: New Vegas. He could do the role of Blaine, convincingly.
