Post SK inspiration to revisit poetry

I must admit that once again SK inspired me to look at other literary works. His use of Childe Richard to the Dark Tower Came as the inspiration for his opus magnum moved me to revisit the poetry of Robert Browning. And he also has me reading poetry by Stephen Dobyns from his use of the poetry. I also find myself looking up music that he uses in his book.
Has anyone else been so moved? If there is already a thread on this, I apologize Ms. Mod., I couldn't find it.

    Hi,

Yes indeed, good point, if you like the Dark Tower, I'd recommend reading T. S. Eliot's ' The Waste Land'.

I just read the poem by R.B. nice. I can see why sai King got the idea.
