Recently watched The Woman in Black. It was good. Not my favorite, but good. It was nice to see Daniel Ratcliffe as something more than Harry Potter...and yes, I am a Harry Potter fan, both movies and books.

Melancholia. It is a hauntingly beautiful movie that doesn't cop out on the ending. Thank you Lars Von Trier!
We watched Contraband the other night and it was fantastic!
I caught a "B" horror flick that was filmed in my neck of the woods here in Arkansas. It's called "Madison County". That is one county east of where I live and its a great county for river fishing. It's very rural and the movie reminded me of a "Wrong Turn" meets "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" mixture. It wasn't that bad being as I got lost once in the town the movie is set in "Oark", I didn't think the movie was half bad. Check it out if you get a chance, nothing ground breaking about the movie, but if you know our sports team mascot here in Arkansas, the "Razorback", the main bad guy character will crack you up.

Went to see The Avengers last Sunday -- again. This time in 3D. I agree with jacob's assessment. This is one of the best super hero films EVER!
Last night we went to see Snow White and The Huntsman, and surprisingly I loved it! I was dubious since I really can't take Kristen Stewart seriously after the Twilight franchise, but the movie didn't rely on her performance to hold it together. I believe she was actually acted off the screen by everybody. Stewart's performance was passable but I think she was hired so the directors could cash in on the Twilight fans who will pay to see her. Kerching!! Overall I'd recommend the movie.![]()

The Pact. Very good horror/mystery movie
I thought Snow White and the Hunstman was decent, but that's all I'd say for it.
