whats the latest movie you have watched?

I very seldom watch movies, I only actually have about 5 movies in my DVD collection. Every know and then I will have a look at something while channel hopping, last night I did this and found a film called After.Life starring Liam Neison and Christina Ricci (Never realised how small and pretty she is), it was quite decent actually.

I watched Dinner For Schmucks on the advice of an online pal... it was hilarious! I love both Paul Rudd and Steve Carell and they have a nice chemistry. We LOL'd a lot.

The redium of After.Life (it starts at a crawl and gets slower is matched by towering unbelievability. On the other hand, Ms Ricci does spend a great deal of the movie without clothes (albeit with a coyly raised knee). Given that she is on a mortician's slab, this may not be quite as alluring as it sounds.

Watched Groundhog Day for the umpteenth time the other day on TV. I think it's wonderful, the screenplay and direction are brilliant, and Bill Murray is absolutely perfect for and in the part.

I caught "The Final Countdown" on Netflix the other night. 1980, US aircraft carrier gets caught in timewarp storm gets transported back to Dec. 6th 1941, the day before the attack on Pearl Harbor. They have to decide whether or not to intervene being as they are still a US ship and could undoubtedly sink the entire Japanese task force. I had seen this one long ago but forgotten how entertaining it was. Good flick. Martin Sheen, Kirk Douglas....worth a watch if you're a sci-fi/naval aviation nut like me
