Bourne series was pretty good.
I'm starting "The Death Artist" By Dennis Etchison. It is an out of print hardcover-showing a "Pin -Up"nude female photo session with a male photographer (only blued hand holding camera in view), with an old 6"by 6"- or is it 5 by 5 can never remember- accordion camera. I found ,bid and won it on the net for about $ 8.00 . A STEAL. The model is nude but her face is a skull. This image- combined with Stephen King's high assessment of the This Writer's Art-which is new to me-(please no SPOILERS)-suggest ;I'm in for one HELL of a Ride. Itching for dawn to be scared in broad daylight. E.Freemantle. P.S. It is in fair to excellent condition, unclipped, and originally sold for 40 bucks ,by DREAM HAVEN(PUN?)Publishers. King calls him on the front flap of the dustcover. "ONE HELL OF A SCIENCE FICTION WRITER"(sic) Stephen King. Here we go! E. Freemantle. Happy 4th of July Mr.King and Family, Ms.Mod ,all those working hard at the office,John Daglish, and ALL MEMBERS OF THIS BOARD and THOSE NEAR AND DEAR. Stay healthy, and happy. "Long Days and Pleasant Nights."Forever Nineteen" I finally understood at about 35 what that REALLY means. I'm 45 now, living like I am nineteen. Only,...paying ALL my own BILLS on time. Thankee Sai King.
I've always admired Robert Ludlum for The Bourne Identity. It's has the ultimate beginning for a thriller: the main character is found floating in the sea with bullet wounds and amnesia. What a classic!
I've also been reading a lot of James Patterson's books. He is a great writer also.
