new show on NBC, started tonight(sunday) w/ a 2hr premier. i thought it was awesome. its the modern day translation/telling of David and King Saul of the Bible, and how Saul fell and David became king. anyone else catch it?

I watched this show last night and I really enjoyed it. It may just be that I am a huge fan of Ian McShane and would enjoy watching him read the phone book. But I do think this will be a good show. I am willing to give it a try for a while.

its a full series. the first one was just 2 hrs. and i believe you can catch the whole thing online on nbc.com
