    Default Body of Lies

Has anyone here seen the Russell Crowe-Leonardo DiCaprio movie Body of Lies? I finally watched it tonight. I thought it was pretty good. There are a few torture scenes in it that may not be for the squeamish, but it was a solid thriller.

I have heard that it's really good. I really think Leonardo Dicaprio is a brilliant actor anyway...since I saw him in the Aviator, I think he is great in everything. Did anyone see the Blood Diamond as well?

To me, Body of Lies was one great big bore.

As opposed to Blood Diamond which was one great movie.

I saw Blood Diamond and loved it. I actually fell asleep during Body of Lies, but I just had a hard time getting into it. This could have something to do with the fact that we were at Rob's parents house so there were 8 people trying to watch it. This seems to be a movie where you should have quiet and pay attention. I would definitely try to watch it again.

Yes , we bought the dvd, really hard to watch the torture but a good story behind it. Makes you wonder if there is really alot of truth to that story.

It is the best Scott film.
    Closely followed by the Gladiator.

I thought Body of Lies was excellent. If you liked that one I reccomend Spy Game with Redford and Pitt. I think every time Ridley and Crowe have teamed up it's been awesome. American Gangster went way beyond my expectations.

I watched it last night it shows the true grit of War, the torture scenes are extremely brutal but unfortunately that is how they do it.
