I highly reccomend this book to everyone who like a well written dark book.

This book is unlike anything Orson Scott Card has written before, but it will stay with you. It will haunt you. And it will make you think about some pretty deep questions. Such as the nature of evil, and fate, and weather or not the ends justify the means.


Described as a dark fantasy, with modern relatable characters.


Ill say no more, as the people over at amazon have done a great job reviewing this book without giving away spoilers.

I would just like to thank you my sweet, for introducing me not only to a new author, but a wonderful new book, as well as a new way of "reading". I must admit that I was slightly hesitant at first on the whole audio book thing as I love to read for myself, but I am fully enjoying listening to this book! I will definately post more when I've finished it. So far, it is fairly dark, and slightly erotic in certain aspects. That last took me a bit by surprise, but I am enjoying it fully!

Well my dear, as you know I have finally finished with this book. Sorry it took me so long. Most likely wouldn't have if I had an ipod...anyhoo...also as you already know...I did really like the book, but certain parts near the end did tend to make me a bit angry. I will not give anything away of course, but you already know the reasons for my anger as well. The ending was not exactly what I'd expected it to be, and I would have to say that's a good thing as I hate to be able to second guess a book. I would recommend this book, but it is completely unlike anything I've ever read and at first it was a bit hard to get into. Once I did however, I was hooked. Thanks love!
