Favorite Pie Filling?

Mmm, pie. Strawberry rhubarb is good, and so is cherry, and coconut cream, and chocolate mousse ... but I think my all-time favorite is good ol' pumpkin. A cold slice of pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream is just dang good.

Pumpkin, peach, huckleberry, or pecan. My gramma's very obliging and she'll make one of each on Thanksgiving and Christmas and send home an entire peach pie with me. It pays to be the only granddaughter close enough to visit all the time.
