Shawshank Redemption/ Dreamcatcher: Morgan Freeman,
Golden Years/Misery/ The Mist: Frances Sternhagen (always plays the feisty old lady)
Seems actors chain through his movies like characters chain through different stories.

Kathy Bates has been in a few (Misery, Dolores Claiborne, The Stand). Ed Harris has done a number, Jeffrey DeMunn's a regular, Steven Weber's had some--there are a lot of "repeat offenders," and some of these actors have also read King audiobooks as well.

SK's cameo in Rose Red cracked me up for some reason. I laughed even harder when my g/f went 'That guy turns up in quite a few of these films, doesn't he?'
