Star wars or Star trek

Gonna have to say neither. My mom was a Trek fan, so grew up watching re-runs. One might think it would make me remember the episodes fondly, but instead it just burned me out.

Husband is a Star Wars fan. Same thing- seen them so many times I am just not interested. Plus, the last three (first three?) were not up to the standards of the first three (last three?), and I was resentful that I had to sit in a theatre for 3 hours while my butt went numb. I could have been balancing my checkbook or something.

Star Trek the original. I watched TNG as a kid with my dad so I liked that one too.

Star Wars if I had to pick between the two. If I had a third option, I hope it would involve The Dark Tower.

None of them, but my uncle tried to convince me a lot of times... His only success was "Evolution", but after the H&S thing... Pfff!

Definitely Star Wars, the original three, not the new crap.

I remember going to the drive in as a kid to see Star Trek Whatever-the wrath of Khan, and the scene where the little evil worms go in the guys ear to take over his brain-oh God, I had nightmares for months over that. Now, as an adult, I cannot watch that movie (even if I did like Star Trek, I couldn't!)

Absolutely Star Wars. I do enjoy the original Star Trek from time to time though and I have to watch the Next Generation to see Capt. Picard.

Ah, yes. The Wrath of Kahn. That's a hard one to get out of your mind.
